When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, personal information is immediately destroyed as follows:

• 2. Paper Documents: Shredded or incinerated

HKSG does not disclose users' personal information to external parties, except in the following cases:

• When necessary for product delivery, installation, or after-sales service (e.g., name, mobile number, installation address)

Rights of Users & Their Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

Users and their legal representatives may view, modify, or request the deletion of personal information, including theirs and that of minors under the age of 14, at any time.
It is possible to directly view/modify or delete personal information of users or children under the age of 14, by clicking “Modify Personal Information” (or “Modify Member Information”), and to cancel membership (revoke consent) by clicking “Delete Account” after identity verification.
Alternatively, users can contact the information security officer via written request, phone, or email, and we will immediately process the request.
If a user has requested the correction of errors in their personal information, it will not be used or provided to third parties in the year the request was submitted, until the correction is completed.
